About The Role
We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Technical Account Manager to help our partners unlock the full potential of our GenAI-driven platform, A-List Nurture & Resident (FKA Lea Pro). This hybrid role sits at the intersection of solution engineering, proactive support, and partner enablement—empowering clients to onboard successfully, resolve technical challenges, and drive measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Sales, GTM, Implementation, Product, Engineering, and Analytics to ensure seamless onboarding, sustainable growth, and most importantly, an exceptional partner experience.
What You’ll Do
Technical Support & Solution Engineering
- Serve as a go-to resource for technical troubleshooting, managing support tickets, and resolving issues with speed and empathy.
- Proactively identify technical risks before they escalate and create scalable, automated solutions where possible.
- Leverage internal tools to monitor partner activity and address issues before they impact performance.
- Continuously refine processes to enhance team efficiency, scalability, and partner outcomes.
- Support the delivery of engaging onboarding sessions—1:1 and at scale—to ensure smooth partner transitions and strong first impressions.
Partner Success
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Solutions Sales to align goals, track partner health, and support account growth.
- Be a liaison between partners and internal teams, representing the voice of the customer to improve product features and support tools.
- Surface trends, feedback, and opportunities that influence the broader Customer Success and Product strategies.
- Support the development of self-serve educational content such as guides, videos, and tutorials.
Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Solution Engineering, or Customer Success in a SaaS environment or PropTech.
- Proficient with data analysis tools and comfortable drawing insights from customer usage and health metrics.
- A strong communicator with a knack for turning complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about customer outcomes.
- Bonus: Experience supporting GenAI or marketing automation tools.
Here's The Pay Range
At Apartment List, we carefully consider a variety of factors to determine compensation for each position, including the role, level, and work.
- Zone 1: $93,000 - $112,000 TTC + equity
- Zone 2: $86,000 - $104,000 TTC + equity
- Zone 3: $79,000 - $96,000 TTC + equity
Please note, the compensation details reflect base salary + bonus and do not include the benefits and perks that we offer.
We also rely on market indicators along with considering your work location, job related skills, experience and relevant education and training, to determine compensation that is fair and competitive for you. Apartment List will consider paying compensation near the higher of the range in exceptional circumstances, where candidates have the experience, credentials or expertise that would warrant such consideration.
