Are you the trusted technical partner customers rely on in the Identity space? We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager who understands the complexities of modern identity security and knows how to guide enterprise customers from deployment to long-term success.

If you’ve supported enterprise clients in IAM, or adjacent areas—and love driving outcomes through technical partnership—you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own post-sale technical relationships with enterprise customers focused on identity solutions.
• Guide implementation and onboarding with a deep understanding of IAM and identity infrastructure.
• Provide strategic and technical support to ensure adoption, retention, and growth.
• Act as the voice of the customer—shaping product direction through real-world feedback.
• Troubleshoot complex identity issues and help customers optimize configurations and integrations.

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years in a Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, or Post-Sales Engineering role.
• Proven experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM), including tools like Okta, Azure AD, Ping, or ForgeRock.
• Familiarity with security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and identity architectures.
• Strong communicator who can interface with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Bonus: Experience with NHI or securing machine identities at scale.
