Reporting to the AUL for Technical and Access Services, you will lead cross‑department initiatives, define project scopes, set milestones, and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of complex projects across Technical and Access Services.
• Collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders to define scopes and deliverables.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to track progress and impact.
• Contribute as a technical resource in assessment, business analysis, facilitation and documentation.
• Drive process improvements and the design of new or updated library services.
