Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a TechELINT Analyst to support a Department of the Navy customer in the Washington, DC area. You will perform pulse-level ELINT analysis, produce serialized reports, and work with EW engineers to create simulatable EWIR models.

The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance, 9+ years of TechELINT experience, and proficiency with MARTES/ESP/CATS/ASPEN. You will brief the government on findings and handle multiple systems with quick-turnaround requests.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• High school diploma and 9+ years of TechELINT analysis experience, or equivalent.
• Advanced-level proficiency in MARTES, ESP, CATS or ASPEN analysis software.
• Verifiable authorship of TechELINT reporting (ELT, ELS, GAR, SAR, IROD).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of NCS SIGE-2810/3810 or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms for radar systems.
• Produce serialized ELINT reports detailing pulse-level analysis.
• Collaborate with EW engineers to improve EWIR models.
• Brief government customers on analysis findings and recommendations.
• Handle multiple systems and respond to quick-turnaround requests.
