Job summary

Base-2 Solutions, LLC seeks a TechELINT Analyst to support Intelligence Mission Data, in-depth radar and weapons studies, and modeling and simulation efforts in the Washington, DC area. You will perform pulse-level TechELINT analysis and aid in developing simulatable EWIR models.

Responsibilities include producing serialized ELINT reports, briefing government customers, and collaborating with EW engineers on waveform behavior. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 6 years of TechELINT analysis experience or equivalent
• Verifiable authorship of TechELINT reporting in ELT/ELS/GAR/SAR/IROD formats
• Advanced proficiency in MARTES, ESP, CATS, or ASPEN software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• NCS SIGE-2810/SIGE-3810 training or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Perform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms from radar systems.
• Produce serialized ELINT reports detailing pulse-level analysis.
• Collaborate with EW engineers to develop simulatable EWIR models.
• Brief government customers on analysis findings and recommendations.
• Handle multiple systems and respond to quick-turnaround requests.
