Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a TechELINT Analyst to support a DoD Navy customer in the Washington, DC area. The role involves interpretive pulse-level analysis for 5th generation weapons systems, radar studies, and EWIR model development.

The candidate will produce detailed ELINT reports, work with EW engineers, and brief government customers on findings. TS/SCI clearance is required; on-site work in Washington, DC is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and extensive experience in TechELINT analysis.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Proficiency with MARTES, ESP, CATS or ASPEN software.
• Demonstrated authorship of TechELINT reports in ELT/ELS/GAR/SAR/IROD formats.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of NCS SIGE-2810 and SIGE-3810 or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform TechELINT analysis on complex radar-related waveforms.
• Produce serialized ELINT reports detailing pulse-level analysis.
• Collaborate with EW engineers to model waveform behavior for EWIR simulations.
• Brief government customers on analysis findings and recommendations.
• Manage multiple systems and respond to quick-turnaround requests.
