Job summary

SRC, Inc is seeking a TechELINT Analyst to support a Navy customer in Washington, DC. You will perform pulse-level ELINT analysis and produce serialized reports to support advanced weapons systems missions.

You will work with EW engineers to integrate waveform observations into EWIR models, and brief the government on findings with actionable recommendations. Expect a fast-paced environment with multiple systems and quick turnarounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 9+ years TechELINT experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• Proficiency in MARTES, ESP, CATS, or ASPEN analysis software.
• Verifiable authorship of TechELINT reporting (ELT/ELS/GAR/SAR/IROD).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of NCS SIGE-2810 or SIGE-3810 or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of EWIRDB, WRANGLER, CED, NTIPS, and IM&S is highly desired.
• Knowledge of GALE 5 or the MIST Toolsuite is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms for various radar systems.
• Produce serialized ELINT reports detailing pulse-level analysis.
• Collaborate with EW engineers to feed models for simulatable EWIR systems.
• Brief government customer on findings and provide technically sound recommendations.
• Manage multiple systems and respond to quick turnaround information requests.
