Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a TechELINT Analyst to support a Department of the Navy customer in the Washington, DC area. The role involves interpretive pulse-level and P-Cubed analysis for 5th generation weapons IMD, in-depth radar studies, and modeling and simulation efforts.

The candidate will perform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms, produce serialized ELINT reports, and work with EW engineers to build next-gen simulatable EWIR models. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience performing TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms.
• Authored ELINT reports in ELT/ELS/GAR/SAR/IROD formats.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to maintain it.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms for radar systems.
• Produce serialized ELINT reports detailing pulse-level analysis.
• Collaborate with EW engineers to integrate waveform behavior into EWIR models.
• Brief government customers on findings and recommended model improvements.
• Handle multiple systems and respond to quick-turnaround RFIs.
