Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• High school diploma and 9+ years of TechELINT analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MARTES, ESP, CATS, or ASPEN analysis software.
• Verifiable authorship of TechELINT reporting (ELT/ELS/GAR/SAR/IROD).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms for various radar systems.
• Produce serialized ELINT reports detailing pulse-level analysis.
• Collaborate with EW engineers to incorporate waveform behavior into EWIR models.
• Brief government customers on findings and provide recommendations to improve EWIR fidelity.
• Handle multiple systems and quick-turnaround information requests.
