Job summary

Base-2 Solutions seeks a TechELINT Analyst to support IMD, radar studies, and EWIR modeling in the Washington, DC area. You will perform pulse-level TechELINT analysis and help develop simulatable EWIR models for advanced systems.

Required 6+ years of TechELINT experience, with proficiency in MARTES/ESP/CATS/ASPEN and authorship of ELINT reports. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is mandatory. Strong communication skills are essential for interfacing with government customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of TechELINT experience or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in MARTES, ESP, CATS or ASPEN.
• Authorship of TechELINT reporting (ELT/ELS/GAR/SAR/IROD).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of NCS SIGE-2810 or SIGE-3810, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms.
• Produce serialized ELINT reports detailing pulse-level analysis.
• Collaborate with EW engineers to build simulatable EWIR models.
• Brief government customers and provide recommendations to improve models.
• Handle multiple systems and quick-turnaround information requests.
