Job summary

Base-2 Solutions is seeking a TechELINT Analyst to support a DoD customer in the Washington, DC area. The role focuses on interpretive pulse-level analysis for 5th generation weapons, radar, and modeling and simulation efforts.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI clearance and extensive TechELINT experience with strong communication skills. This position is on-site in Washington, DC with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 12+ years of TechELINT analysis experience or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in MARTES, ESP, CATS or ASPEN analysis software.
• AuthorsTechELINT reporting including ELT, ELS, GAR, SAR, and IROD formats.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of NCS SIGE-2810, SIGE-3810 or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform TechELINT analysis on complex waveforms for radar systems.
• Produce serialized ELINT reports detailing pulse-level analysis.
• Collaborate with EW engineers to integrate waveform behavior into EWIR models.
• Brief customers on findings and provide recommendations to improve model fidelity.
• Handle multiple systems and respond to quick-turnaround information requests.
