The Technical Customer Support (TCS) Specialist is responsible for managing customer support activities, processing cases, and coordinating RMA’s in alignment with Myomo’s Service operations and Quality Management System (QMS). This role serves as the central customer support intake and coordination function for all service-related activities ensuring timely case creation, accurate documentation, effective troubleshooting, and seamless handoff to Service, Quality, and Engineering teams.
