Job summary

Sussex Technical School District is seeking a Techademic Coach for the 2026-2027 school year at Sussex Technical High School. The role focuses on in-person tutoring, after-school supervision in the Techademic location, and collaboration with families and staff to support student learning.

The position is a 30-session plan with 2.5 hours per week, scheduled in the afternoon, with Wednesday availability preferred. Internal applicants only; certification and coaching experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certification and experience in coaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet in-person to provide tutoring for students.
• Attend weekly session(s) as assigned.
• Supervise students after school hours in Techademic location.
• Support promotion and communication to families and staff about Techademic coaching.
• Communicate with families, teachers, and administration about students who seek Techademic coaching when necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned that relate to this position.
