Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, History, Communications, Technical Writing, or related discipline, or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years of technical writing experience, or 3+ years with specialized degree.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and maintain technical documentation for FORTNA products and manuals.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and SMEs to gather and verify information.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, and product data to develop clear, safe documentation.
• Lead document reviews, track revisions, and publish deliverables.
• Develop guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across documents.
• Mentor new technical writers and support cross-team collaborations.
