Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers through options using a consultative approach on the sales floor. You’ll participate in in-store events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

The role supports a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends, with 2-week advance scheduling. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus and training is provided to help you reach goals.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!
• You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving products and processes.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with schedules available 2 weeks in advance.
• You’ll stay current with evolving tech and company processes to meet customer needs.
