Job summary

Mike Terry Ford in Mexia, TX is seeking an experienced automotive technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic and import vehicles to OEM standards. You will work in a high-volume Ford shop with OEM tools and support that helps productive technicians win.

We offer $24–$48 per hour, full-time hours, 8-hour shifts with weekends available, plus health, dental, vision, tuition reimbursement, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years hands-on technician experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency with modern scan tools.
• ASE and/or Ford OEM certifications welcomed (both preferred).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain domestic/import vehicles to OEM standards.
• Partner with advisors/customers; build accurate estimates and timelines.
• Perform inspections, drivability/electrical diagnostics (CAN/ADAS fundamentals), and full system evaluations.
• Execute PM services: fluids, brakes, alignments, tune-ups.
• Document precisely; follow all safety and compliance procedures.
