Qualifications

• Automotive repair experience preferred.
• Ford dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications are a plus.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.

• Team-oriented attitude.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to complete required Ford training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Complete vehicle inspections and identify needed repairs.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform warranty repairs according to Ford procedures when applicable.
• Communicate repair needs with Service Advisors.
• Complete repair orders and documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures.
• Participate in ongoing technical training.
