Job summary

Accenture is seeking a High Tech Consulting Manager in the United States. You will lead engagements across enterprise technology and AI-enabled strategies, partnering with C-suite and boards to drive growth and operational excellence. You will mentor teams and travel up to 80% to deliver complex client initiatives.

You should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in High Tech consulting, with 4+ years at a consulting firm. MBA or related credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years consulting in High Tech industry preferred.
• 4+ years in a consulting firm; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients across High Tech to implement new processes and technology.
• Lead execution teams to meet client needs; leverage best practices.
• Create and share thought leadership and cross-industry perspectives with High Tech clients.
• Initiate relationships and build trust to elevate Accenture’s profile as advisor.
• Manage responses to RFPs and support business development.
• Mentor junior High Tech Consulting team members.
• Travel as needed up to 80%.
