Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Technology Transformation Associate for Summer 2027 in Denver. The role combines advisory and implementation work across technology-enabled transformations, working closely with senior executives and engagement teams.

You will learn new skillsets, engage in office activities, and build lasting relationships within the Grant Thornton community. From day one, you’ll be supported by the Technology Transformation team to help clients achieve their vision, while you develop

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical aptitude and skillset across a variety of capabilities and tools.
Ability to work in a complex team environment and understand current vs. future state processes.

Responsibilities

Assist leadership with proposal development and presentations.
Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize output.
Communicate effectively to senior audiences in an organized manner.
Analyze client capabilities, technologies, and processes to identify opportunities for change.
Build and analyze financial models and budgets.
Contribute to the development of client deliverables.
Travel to client sites as needed on short notice.
Work additional hours as needed.
