Grant Thornton seeks a Technology Transformation Associate for Summer 2027 in Denver. The role combines advisory and implementation work across technology-enabled transformations, working closely with senior executives and engagement teams.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
  • Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and skillset across a variety of capabilities and tools.
  • Ability to work in a complex team environment and understand current vs. future state processes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist leadership with proposal development and presentations.
  • Analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize output.
  • Communicate effectively to senior audiences in an organized manner.
  • Analyze client capabilities, technologies, and processes to identify opportunities for change.
  • Build and analyze financial models and budgets.
  • Contribute to the development of client deliverables.
  • Travel to client sites as needed on short notice.
  • Work additional hours as needed.

As a Technology Transformation Associate, you’ll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations while working alongside Senior Executives and peers as a member of the engagement team. Additionally, you will have an opportunity to learn new skillsets, be involved in office community activities, and build lasting relationships with members of the Grant Thornton team.


From day one, you’ll be empowered by the greater Technology Transformation team with resources and support to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently.


Your day-to-day may include:


Working on a variety of client engagements in varying industries.


Continually strive to develop professionally, staying up to date on technology trends and solutions in the marketplace.


Assist leadership with proposal development and presentations.


Analyze complex quantitative / qualitative data and synthesize output.


Communicate effectively in an organized and knowledgeable manner to senior audiences.


Analyze client specific capabilities, technologies, and processes to identify opportunities for change.


Build and analyze financial models and complex budgets.


Contribute to the development of client deliverables.


Networking with your peers.


Meeting with your mentor for regular feedback and professional development discussions.


Connecting with fellow team members and Grant Thornton staff at social events.


Participating in team-building exercises.


Giving back to the community through outreach activities.


You have the following technical skills or qualifications:


Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.


Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.


Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.


Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.


Strong technical aptitude and skillset(variety of capabilities and / or tools).


Ability to work efficientlyand effectively in a complex team environment.


Able to understand current processes and future state processes based on business objectives.


Ability to analyze and understand client needs, objectives, and how technology may be applied for efficiencies.


Ability to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice.


The willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed.
