The University of Wyoming in Laramie invites applications for a Licensing Manager in the Technology Transfer Office. You will identify, evaluate, market, and commercialize inventions created by UW researchers, preparing materials for marketing and pursuing license opportunities.

You will negotiate licenses and other agreements, coordinate with IP strategy teams and patent attorneys, build industry relationships, and help researchers protect intellectual property while advancing university

Formación

• Master's degree in a STEM field or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record compliant with Driving for University Business SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, evaluate, market, and commercialize inventions.
• Develop licensing strategies and negotiate licenses and agreements.
• Coordinate with IP Strategy team, patent attorneys, and inventors.
• Prepare non-confidential technical information for marketing and licensing efforts.
