The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine seeks a Sr. Technology Transfer Specialist to advance military medicine through research collaboration and commercialization support.

The role acts as a liaison to the HJF Technology Transfer office, coordinating MTAs, DSAs, NDAs, and CRADAs for MCCRP projects with DoD and NIH partners. Primary duties include managing invention disclosures, preparing universal agreement requests, and ensuring timely contract execution while

Qualifications

• Master's Degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain MCCRP department files and assist with initiating, organizing, completing department projects.
• Understand research priorities and external developments (DoD, NIH, industry).
• Participate in USU research activities and engage with MCCRP staff.
• Develop and submit invention disclosures to HJF TTO.
• Draft, negotiate and execute MTAs, DSAs, NDAs, and CRADAs.
• Coordinate Inter-Agency Agreements (IAAs) for MCCRP funding transfers.
• Complete DHA Data Sharing Agreement Applications (DSAA).
• Attend required trainings and perform other duties as assigned.
