Job summary

The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) seeks a Sr.

Technology Transfer Specialist to drive cancer research collaborations within MCCRP. You will coordinate research agreements and assist in moving innovations toward commercialization, partnering with investigators, clinicians, and TT staff. Based in Rockville, MD, this role emphasizes maintaining MCCRP project files, drafting disclosures, MTAs, DSAs, and CRADAs while coordinating UAFs and IAAs with

Qualifications

• Master's Degree is required; Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain MCCRP department files and assist with projects.
• Monitor research priorities and external developments (DoD, NIH, industry).
• Participate in USU activities (seminars, symposia, Research Day) and interface with USU staff.
• Collaborate with researchers to develop and submit invention disclosures to HJF TT office.
• Gather information to complete Universal Agreement Forms (UAF) for MTAs, DSAs, NDAs, CRADAs.
• Coordinate Inter-Agency Agreements (IAAs) to transfer funds from USU to another Government Agency.
• Collect data for DHA Data Sharing Agreement Applications (DSAA).
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
