Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP seeks a mid-level Technology Transactions and Data Privacy Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our IP & Technology Transactions Group in Denver. You will advise on complex commercial technology agreements, privacy compliance, cybersecurity and AI governance, leading negotiations and providing pragmatic business counsel.

Strong academic credentials and JD from an accredited law school are required; ECVC and data breach experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school required.
• 3–5 years of experience in technology transactions and data privacy.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating technology agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on sophisticated technology transactions and licenses for clients.
• Counsel clients on privacy programs, compliance with US and international privacy laws.
• Advise on data governance, AI governance, cybersecurity matters and related transactions.
