Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant experience at a law firm, in-house at a financial services or technology company.
• Familiarity with data licensing, SaaS and cloud agreements, trade secrets protection, and IP licensing.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate data licensing agreements.
• Lead technology procurement contracting.
• Manage the NDA program and IP terms in commercial agreements.

Education

JD; admitted to practice in NY (or eligible for in-house registration)
