Job summary

The EOC Academic Resource Center Coordinator at Bronx Educational Opportunity Center, part of City University of New York, delivers on-site facilitation of learning and technical support under ATTAIN. The role supports students, tutors, and staff, aligning with the Implementation Plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of relevant experience with opportunity programs and/or higher education.
• Experience with TANF recipients.
• Microsoft certifications preferred.
• Experience with curriculum development.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Bilingual proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and analytical support for a learning resource center.
• Assist in tutoring, remedial and other student support services.
• Maintain center records; prepare reports and surveys; update center web pages.
• Plan, schedule and execute training programs, lectures, workshops, meetings and events.
• Serve as resource for students and faculty on center policies and procedures.
• May schedule individual and group sessions for students.
• May supervise part-time and/or clerical staff; monitor department budget.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
