Job summary

The City University of New York is seeking an EOC Academic Resource Center Coordinator at the Bronx Educational Opportunity Center to facilitate learning and provide on-site technical support. You will coordinate with ATTAIN statewide leadership to meet implementation goals and deliver Microsoft certification training to eligible participants.

Required is a Bachelor's degree with preference for experience in opportunity programs, higher education, and curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Two years of relevant experience in opportunity programs and/or higher education.
• Bilingual proficiency is preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with lab operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft certification training to served populations.
• Proctor certification exams as needed.
• Provide supervision for volunteers and ensure tasks are completed.
• Document and report participant success stories and outcomes.
• Create, monitor and update monthly lab operation schedules and trainings.
• Assist in implementing the lab's implementation plan with oversight.
• Support monthly status reports to ATTAIN Statewide Coordinators and EOC.
