Job summary

Uber is seeking a producer, journalist, and editorial leader to build Uber’s technical thought leadership platform. You’ll own the external technology podcast and executive social content, partnering with Uber’s CTO and engineering leaders to tell authentic, high-impact stories.

You’ll shape editorial strategy, secure top guests, and translate complex tech into engaging conversations across podcasts, social, and earned media, strengthening Uber’s reputation as a destination for world-class

Qualifications

• 10+ years in journalism, podcast production, editorial or strategic communications.
• Experience producing executive-facing editorial content.
• Excellent writing/editing skills.
• Proven project management expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end editorial vision, production, and publishing of Uber’s external tech podcast.
• Collaborate with CTO and engineering leaders to craft insightful conversations.
• Develop executive social strategies to amplify Uber's tech narratives.
• Shape editorial voice for Uber's senior technology leaders on social channels.
• Identify emerging tech trends and translate into engaging content.
• Secure high-impact guests and manage cross-functional production.
• Measure audience growth and adapt strategy based on data.
