This role is on-site at our Tucson facility.

This onsite position at our Escalante and Pantano delivers technical support and customer service for telecommunications customers, providing resolution for inquiries and issues related to cable television, internet, and home phone devices while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role emphasizes first-call resolution, revenue generation through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, adherence to quality standards, and continuous learning to support evolving products, services, and customer needs.
