Job summary

Afni, Inc. is hiring for an on-site Tech Support Representative in Tucson. You will deliver technical support and exceptional customer service for telecom customers, resolving issues and processing orders while updating records and maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Six months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have GED or High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and customer service for telecommunications customers, resolving inquiries on cable, internet and home phone devices.
• Process orders and update customer accounts and records with accuracy.
• Strive for first-call resolution and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

Job description

Career paths start at $18.50 (includes $0.50 onsite differential)/hr with 40 hour work weeks.

This role is on-site at our Tucson facility.

You will deliver world-class customer service to inbound callers as well as utilize product knowledge to troubleshoot and solve customer concerns with both empathy and efficiency. Those calls will require processing of orders, updating accounts, updating records, effective multitasking, and strong attention to detail.
