TEKsystems in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a High level Tech Support Rep with Linux experience for a hybrid role. Work 1 day remote and 4 days in-office in Scottsdale. Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, building SME knowledge, assisting customers across channels, reporting trends, and using AI tools to resolve issues. Training is provided; conversion to permanent is possible after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with Chat, Email, & Phone.
• Salesforce, CRM, MS Dynamics.
• Strong Job tenure, no job hopping - must be in last 3 roles for 15 months or more at least.
• Bachelors is preferred.
• Fluent with technology and troubleshooting exp.
• Tech Support (must have).
• Linux Experience (must have).
• AI tools.

• Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions.
• Assist customers through multiple communication channels.
• Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
