Job summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Salt Lake City, UT is offering a 2026 Technical Support Rep Intern position within our Client Technical Services department. The internship runs about four months, with a 40-hour work week and typical hours 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Ideal candidates are enrolled or within one year of graduation, with a technology background and interest in IT support and customer service.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or within one year of graduation from an accredited college or university.
• Temple-worthy members of the Church; internship for temple-worthy members.
• Technology background is desired.
• Technical certifications such as A+, Network+ are a plus.
• Knowledge of Windows and Mac platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees and volunteers in Client Technical Services.
• Support technology and customer service introduction.
• Engage in a professional office setting with a focus on customer service.
