Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Associates'/Bachelor's Degree program in Information Technology.
• Ability to work 16 hours per week.
• Able to work onsite as needed in Pittston, PA.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support and resolve end-user issues.
• Configure PCs and laptops for the company.
• Create and maintain knowledge base articles from incident documentation.
• Triage and prioritize issues; work from a Jira-based queue and backlog.
• Communicate effectively with issue reporters and other teams.
