Benco Dental is seeking a Dental Inside Sales Intern for the Fall 2026 semester to assist our Coaching and Education team in Pittston, PA. The role focuses on outbound outreach, lead qualification, and discovery conversations to surface high-value coaching opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate program (Business/Marketing/Communications or related).
• Able to commit to 15 hours per week during internship.
• Onsite presence required in Pittston, PA.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume lead pipeline from first contact to close.
• Own outbound outreach across 400+ active leads and maintain CRM.
• Conduct discovery conversations to surface coaching opportunities.
• Assist in preparing customized coaching proposals and program recommendations.
