  • Diagnose highly complex equipment problems requiring an in-depth understanding of system architecture, operating principles, hardware, software, and electromechanical subsystems.
  • Document troubleshooting activities, technical findings, root causes, corrective actions, and postmortem analyses, creating clear technical documentation that supports knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across international and cross-functional teams, including hosting technical discussions between teams in the U.S. and Denmark to drive complex issues toward resolution.
  • Participate in specialized equipment and product training to develop and maintain advanced technical expertise. Most training will require traveling outside of the U.S.
