Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and product ramp-up to gain deep familiarity with AVEVA software and environments.
• Own and drive resolution of complex technical issues remotely and on-site as needed.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through knowledge sharing and training.
• Teach customers to maximize software value through public training classes.
• Analyze support data and trends to drive proactive solutions with account teams.
• Join customer meetings to provide technical guidance and escalation leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Services to improve the customer experience.
• Lead projects within the support organization to improve team performance.
