Immediate need for a talented Tech Support/Customer Service Representative. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.
Job ID: 25-72598 Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Hours: Let candidates know that Start times range from 6:30am -9:30am MST and shifts end at the latest 6:30pm MST.
- All time zones welcome to apply, but they will be placed in those shift times that currently have a need.
- Interviews will be held via Teams on camera with manager.
- NOTE: lack of telecommunications experience is not a disqualifier. Has had success with candidates coming from a cable company.
- Provides quality support to users by responding to end user inquiries and resolving problems associated with telecommunications networks, computer hardware and core business applications.
- Isolates problem source and works with the internal telecommunications, system operations, application development and vendors to resolve problems.
- Follows up with users to ensure problem resolution.
- Develops and maintains documentation of all activities.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; terminal/tech support, telecommunications, banking/ finance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months to one year of experience in the telecommunications or applications programming field or job related experience
- Call Center Agent experience not looking for candidates with an IT Help Desk background.
- Chat experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Eager to learn
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects of telecommunications equipment, systems and vendor capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Banking experience is a plus.
