Job summary

Florida Blue's IT Summer Internship Program offers hands-on experience across Generative AI, Infrastructure, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Data Science, Application Development and Business Analysis tracks. You will work on real projects, receive mentorship, and present results to senior leaders at program conclusion.

The program emphasizes flexibility, innovation, and diversity while providing exposure to enterprise tech strategies and cross-domain collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university and pursuing a degree in tech or related field.
• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or better (preferred).
• Able to commit to at least 30 hours per week during internship.
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with software development tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with real projects under a mentor across multiple tracks.
• Collaborate with teams to develop solutions and documents progress.
• Present outcomes to leadership or CIO/Tech VP at program end.
