Generative AI

You'll dive deep into the world of applied generative AI at GuideWell - working hands-on with enterprise AI platforms to design, build, and deploy solutions that solve real business problems. From prompt engineering and agentic workflows to tool integrations and responsible AI practices, you'll collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to bring AI capabilities to life across the organization.

  • Proficiency in Python; familiarity with ML/DL frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus but not required
  • Data manipulation and statistical analysis skills
  • Curiosity about responsible and effective AI adoption - how to evaluate, govern, and scale AI solutions in a business setting, not just build them
