Job summary

This role involves strategic leadership, overseeing technical programs, and aligning cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate has over 12 years of technology experience in large organizations and must demonstrate excellence in communication and program management. The annual salary ranges from $205,000 to $275,000, along with a target bonus of 20%. This position requires onsite presence five days a week.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technology roles at senior levels in a tech organization with 500+ employees.
• Expertise in evaluating technical designs including cloud architecture and AI/ML services.
• Hands-on familiarity with DORA/SPACE metrics and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a thought partner to the EVP, shaping priorities and maintaining a transparent risk log.
• Translate strategy into OKRs and KPIs while aligning budgets to strategic initiatives.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning for Technology & Engineering functions.
