Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Senior Director, Technology Strategy to define and drive our technology roadmap within the Technology Strategy & Innovation organization. You will partner with senior executives to shape Spectrum’s technology portfolio and deliver measurable business results.

In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide strategies for wireless and wireline networks, guide major initiatives, and translate complex business challenges into actionable technology programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of telecommunications leadership experience.
• Experience with data analysis and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• AI tooling familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategies aligned to Spectrum's portfolio.
• Collaborate with technology and product leaders across domains, including wireless and wireline networks.
• Provide strategic guidance for major initiatives and opportunities, including competitive assessment and opportunity development.
• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams across the department.
• Manage budgets and priorities while reinforcing customer service and business ethics.
