Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Senior Director of Technology Strategy to define and drive Spectrum's technology roadmap. You will partner with executives to shape the future of Spectrum's technology portfolio and elevate the TSI ecosystem to deliver measurable business results.

You will lead enterprise-wide technology strategies across domains including wireless and wireline networks, guiding major initiatives, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring senior teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, CS, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of telecommunication leadership focused on data management, analysis and BI.
• Strong quantitative analytical skills and Excel-based modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategies aligned to Spectrum's portfolio and market success.
• Collaborate with technology and product leaders to develop enterprise-wide strategies including wireless and wireline networks.
• Provide strategic guidance for major TSI initiatives and opportunities.
• Translate complex business challenges into technology-focused solutions.
• Lead, mentor and develop teams, recruit and coach leaders and staff.
