Qualifications

• Presentation and communication capabilities, including expert use of PowerPoint.
• AI tool familiarity to accelerate research, analysis, and outputs.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategies that align Spectrum's portfolio to market success.
• Collaborate with technology and product leaders to develop enterprise-wide technology strategies across relevant domains.
• Provide strategic guidance for major TSI initiatives, including emerging technology development and competitive assessment.
• Lead, mentor and develop high-performing teams, recruiting and coaching leaders and staff to maximize their potential.
• Manage budgets, prioritize initiatives and reinforce customer service and business ethics across the department.
