Job summary

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading technology teams and developing talent.
• Desirable: Insurance/financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen connection between business strategy and technology priorities across North America.
• Act as technology partner to senior leaders, understanding their strategies and challenges.
• Translate business needs into technology requirements and priorities.
• Align business objectives with the North American technology agenda.
• Lead technology demand intake and prioritisation processes.
• Maintain visibility into the technology demand pipeline and requirements.
• Evaluate competing demands based on business value, urgency, dependencies, and capacity.
• Provide recommendations to senior leadership for investment decisions.
• Partner with IT leadership to understand delivery capacity and resource allocation.
• Ensure problems, outcomes, scope and requirements are defined before delivery.
• Establish expected business value and report on investments' outcomes.
• Lead and develop technology talent and foster collaboration in IT planning.
