Job summary

One North, a TEKsystems affiliate, is seeking a Lead Technology Strategist to guide clients in transforming their businesses through AI-enabled marketing technology solutions and emerging technologies. You’ll lead strategy, collaborate with CX/EX, UX, Brand, Content, and Data experts, and mentor peers while shaping technology offerings.

This fully remote role is based out of the Chicago area, with travel up to 15% and a focus on practical, future-forward innovation in a dynamic agency

Qualifications

8+ years of enterprise technology experience in technology strategy, solution architecture, and digital transformation.
5+ years of consulting experience including workshop facilitation and client relationship management.
Experience applying human-centered design practices and emerging technologies/AI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead technology strategy across client ecosystems and guide AI/emerging tech integration.
Partner with cross-functional teams to define forward-thinking experience solutions and roadmaps.
Facilitate workshops, shape proof-of-concept initiatives, and drive implementation planning.
Mentor junior strategists and contribute to thought leadership and proposals.
