Job summary

Deloitte France seeks a Senior Consultant to synthesize strategy across technology options, craft roadmaps and business cases, and deliver client-ready outputs. You will define scope, develop work plans, coordinate across streams, and improve deliverables through rigorous validation.

The role requires 5+ years in consulting or industry and strong communication and leadership skills. Travel up to 50% is expected; a Bachelor's is required and an MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a strong academic record.
• 5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• 2+ years creating project materials (roadmaps, PowerPoint, business cases, transformation plans).
• Experience in tech strategy, cloud/platform strategy, or IT outsourcing advisory and related frameworks.
• Ability to travel ~50%, on average.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining engagement objectives and scope.
• Develop work plans and coordinate activities across streams.
• Create deliverables that reflect the engagement contract and client needs.
• Analyze options, interpret findings, and validate outputs.
