Job summary

Atom is an AI-native company that helps businesses build their brands, starting with the right name. We’re growing the team in Hoffman Estates, IL, and you’ll work with the founders and startups building new brands.

You’ll take on real work from your first week, find the right name and domain, guide customers to purchase, and manage client relationships. You’ll collaborate across sales, marketing and partnerships and use AI tools daily to move faster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, entrepreneurship or any major.
• 0–2 years of experience (recent graduates welcome), including internships.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter who likes variety and learns fast.
• Interested in startups, tech and AI.

Responsibilities

• Find the right name and domain for new businesses with founders and startup teams.
• Guide customers from first conversation to purchase.
• Manage a book of client relationships and grow it over time.
• Collaborate across sales, marketing and partnerships to run a tech business end-to-end.
• Use AI tools daily to research, write and move faster.
