Job summary

Atom.com is seeking a motivated communicator to support customers, sellers and founders in a hybrid role based in Hoffman Estates, IL. You will talk with customers by phone, email and chat to help them find the right domain and grow their business.

No experience is required for the right candidate; we’ll teach you. Strong written and verbal skills are valued, and you’ll have opportunities to grow into client, partnership, and leadership roles as you contribute to a fast-growing startup that uses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing, English or any major.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• 0–2 years of experience; recent graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Talk with prospective customers by phone, email and chat to help them find the right domain.
• Be a go-to contact for our seller community and help them succeed on Atom.
• Reach out to domain owners about availability and selling options.
• Work with startups and founders to understand naming and domain needs.
• Write clear, persuasive emails and messages to move conversations forward.
• Use AI tools daily to research, write and work faster.

What You Need
