Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and off-site support for the founder and family office.
• Research, test, and evaluate new technology products.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Develop custom workflow applications and monitoring/administration tools.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices across all systems.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate software development and automate workflows.
• Participate in firmwide technology projects not directly related to the founder.
