Job summary

Inverto North America, backed by BCG, seeks a Manager in Tech Sourcing to lead end-to-end IT sourcing projects across infrastructure, SaaS, and cloud services. You will guide stakeholder discussions, translate insights into actionable strategies, and help secure new opportunities with clarity and conviction.

You’ll mentor teams, shape our Tech Sourcing practice, and drive knowledge sharing across the organization, while collaborating with leadership on go-to-market narratives and client value

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT sourcing experience across multiple sub-categories.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and shape project direction.
• Experience building client relationships across procurement and IT.
• Strong data analysis, contract review, and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites; significant travel may be required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic tech sourcing projects from end to end.
• Engage with IT and procurement leadership; lead high-level client meetings.
• Translate workshop insights into sourcing strategies and recommendations.
• Develop new sourcing products and improve delivery tools.
• Contribute to winning new work; support pitches and proposals.
• Mentor junior colleagues and scale knowledge across projects.
• Lead benchmarking exercises and knowledge assets development.
• Support recruitment and team growth within Tech Sourcing CoE.
